At Lost Designer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury acquisition. We offer a 14-day return window for all items provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RMA form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
